What’s in a Cornish Pasty?

It’s quite simple really – high quality ingredients.

We take roughly diced or minced British beef (12.5% minimum), sliced or diced potato, swede (turnip), onion and just the right amount of our own seasoning blend.  We then put the filling onto our delicious shortcrust or flaky pastry which is then hand-crimped and finished with an egg glaze to give that perfectly baked sheen.

Our pasties are then blast frozen before being packed ensuring that they reach you in perfect condition ready to bake off for your customers.
